Callum Tunnell and Poppy Moody are excited to be starting something of their own here in Milford on Sea.

Callum moved to the area 10 years ago and works as a chef, with a real passion for the creativity that cooking brings. Poppy has lived in Milford her whole life and works in hospitality, enjoying the social side of the industry and getting to know both new and familiar faces.
​
Although only 19, they have built up 10 years of combined experience working in food and hospitality. Taking on a new challenge and doing it somewhere that means so much to them made it feel like the right time to give it a go.

They’re really looking forward to welcoming both locals and visitors and becoming part of the community in a new way.
